Greetings! Burton Place is a private, gated community located conveniently close to the 60 Freeway in Ontario, California. You can enjoy our beautiful grounds on the property and the interior amenities, such as central AC/Heat, apartment-size laundry hookups, private patio, balcony and/or small backyard, walk-in closet and oversized tubs in our master bathrooms. We also have a pool and spa area, a main laundry room, and a small gym for all residents. We offer virtual and self-guided tours, online applications and online lease documents for your safety. We are NOT pet friendly (please contact the leasing office for pet restrictions).
